After I order my food then realized the chicken meat was disgusting and horrible I reported it to headquarters spoke with the store manager and then I went back and was ignored completely when I mentioned the problem then I emailed the manager again then I haven't gotten a response since so what's going on? When the manager called me back she was rude and unprofessional actually treated me like if I making this up and like if I almost found some food and she was very clear I need a receipt and the food. Can someone please explain what those fibers are on the meat? Can someone please tell me why the sandwich patty was hollow and burnt on the outside?
