Dates: 8/29 (mid day) &8/30 (6:13pm)
Location: La Costa CVS, 7740 Rancho Santa Fe, Carlsbad, CA
I have had problems over the last several months with my local CVS pharmacy refill system.
My doctor has sent in my monthly refills in and for the last 2-3 months they say they have not received the order except for maybe one of 4-5 of them.
My doctor submits them again and same things happens after the pharmacy emails my doctor. My doctor sends them in, I get a text from my doctors system saying each is filled and CVS says only one was received.
This causes me extra time and frustration and my doctor is already extremely busy and CVS puts more work on her office.
This does not make me happy and I am ready to change pharmacies. I have been doing business with this particular location since 2008.
Totally unacceptable especially with one of my medications being in constant low supply and I need daily.
I am sure the CVS refill system is company wide but my issue is with CVS LA Costa, 7740 Rancho Santa Fe, Carlsbad, CA. Please help!
Desired outcome: Want the system fixed or they will lose business
