Extended Stay America

I stayed at the Brea location and will never stay there again, the general manager is the most unprofessional person, rude and does not know how to handle the Hotel or her staff. She makes nothing but threats, runs a dirty, rat infested location. Treats her employees like dirt. Plays favors on who pays and I wouldn't be surprise if she pockets the money. The cops are there all the time. Charging the people who are staying there for the phone calls, even through the Corporate office states the local calls are free. Also the Corporate office doesn't even know how to return calls regarding complaints. I will also be contracting the Better Business Bureau along with the Local News, I am sure they want to know how you run a business. Believe this is not a threat but a promise to get my complaint heard and get my money back.
