Employees at the UPS Store at 38th Street and Lamar Boulevard in Austin, Texas are not only blase and uninterested, they are dismissive. They did their job, but weren't happy about it. I was there yesterday, October 17, 2011, to purchase yesterday, a mailer and send one sheet away. Young Tyson, presumably angry that his parents named him after a chicken parts firm, was just flat unfriendly. I certainly won't be back there. I'm hoping the rickety, inefficient old United States Post Office gets reorganized, gets its s#$% together, and whoops up on United Parcel Service and Federal Express.
