Hello, I bought an item, (Body Butter) today at store #5793 and I just assumed it would be new but when I got home later today, I checked it and there was a hole in it, and I can no longer use this as a gift not to mention it is not sanitary. I decide to open it more to see if it was okay but I see that half of the product is missing. The remaining was dry, so I do think it was there for a while. I do believe someone for some reason took some and just put it back. Normally I would not mind but the fact I bought am item that somebody used, this is most likely very unsanitary and not safe to use.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund
