Hello My Name Is Annelise Coker, my Email is [protected]@gmail.com for contact or more information if need be. On Sunday, Feb 4, 2024 I placed an Order to the Taco Bell @1706 A St, Antioch, CA 94509 threw the Taco Bell App. I ordered for Delivery, so not sure what 3rd party was picking up my order upon placing my order I got a msg saying order received. Then got an update msg from the delivery service saying my food will arrive at this set time. Then order said it was cancelled not specifying who exactly cancelled my order and I never received my food or refund. It was $60.00+ and I was highly discouraged considering I have 4 hungry kids in my ear which was very frustrating. I ended up having to find a ride to a different taco bell which was even more irritating because the things I was ordering on the app weren't available at the store on have so I had to totally switch up everyone's order. I have screen shots of the messagings I received and can forward them no problem. Id appreciate it if someone got back to me ASAP Tha k You Have A Good Day!

Desired outcome: Id Appreciate a full refund and some type of gift card for each of my 4kids. To make them feel special. Thank you.
