Culver's - Chop steak platter

Hi, On 03/14/2022 at 7:19pm, I drove thru Drive Up and ordered a Chop Steak Platter with EXTRA MEAT PATTY.

I got home and began eating my platter and realized ONLY ONE CHOP STEAK.

I tried calling the next day and couldnt get an answer. Finally , today I called and explained to the lady what happened and even asked if at this location, did they use an extra patty or make the one BIGGER? I was told: " well, NO ONE ORDERS THAT PLATTER HERE MUCH LESS AN EXTRA PATTY" I said ok but I ordered it AND I didnt get an extra patty.

She said, " well NEXT TIME IT HAPPENS, call us and we will fix it.

Ummmmm, What about this time? This is the reason I am calling.

I was told the same thing...Next time.

I just moved to this part of town. This is a different location than I am used to going to. My wife loves the Fried Fish and I love the Chop Stead, Extra Meat!

I guess I cant go to this location.

Desired outcome: I would simply like a NEW CHOP STEAK DINNER. Not only for the inconvenience, but just the lack of care I was given. No im sorry, nothing. Like it was MY FAULT because no one else orders this.

Culver's - Problem resolution and food quality

My boyfriend an I went thru the drive thru at Culver's in Phoenix Az off Metro parkway. We got our food after a considerable wait in drive thru. That's ok as I have no problem waiting if it means fresh made. We do not live in the area nor do we get to that area often. We had 1 more quick stop to make before we started the 90 minute drive home. So we did not begin to eat our meals til we hit the interstate. Once I got his food situated and was ready to eat myself we were a considerable distance from the Culver's. We both ordered the 4 piece buffalo chicken tenders meal and a side of large cheese curds. The tenders were all gristle and couldn't even bite thru them. I immediately called the location and the manager I spoke with said they were having alot of complaints on the buffalo ones and he would refund our order and replace it with whatever meals we wanted instead. I told him we were already a good distance away and he said he would put it down in a book and all we had to do was let them know when we came back. I told him we rarely were in the area and he said that wasn't an issue that it would be there whenever we came back. That was roughly 4-6 months ago. We stopped in today and the manager on duty was extremely rude and said nothing is kept past a month. I don't remember 100% the managers name who told us time wasn't an issue but I thought it was Kevin. The rude little female manager kept talking over me repeating "we don't have a Kevin, nope can't help you". I love the curds but with management that have no social skills or class I will never go back to any Culver's and I will voice my experience on every platform available
