My partner and I bought a sofa reclining set and had white glove delivery to come deliver it when they came to delivered it they delivered it on a dolly and swung the sofa box off, and in the process, scratched my brand new floors that had just been laid not even a week ago I have made numerous attempts with Bob’s furniture Randy Pultz and mover William, and the moving company with no luck or resolution we’ve also had a three-way call and still have not gotten notified on when this is getting fixed. The moving company told me to get estimates that wasn’t good enough. He didn’t want to pay for that so I went back to Bob’s furniture trying to get this resolved, and nothing. Pictures attached of damage
Claimed loss: Want my floors fixed I had three different estimates come out and it’s about $5000 to fix the flooring that was scratched.
Desired outcome: Want my floors fixed that were just laid . I want a call from higher up and want this fixed we have numerous pictures of needed and text and emails to all parties
