AAMCO Transmissions - My transmission

May 26th around 9 am, my ford F150 truck broke down on the freeway near the Cave Creek and Castus Location. I pulled into there, and Scott and Steve looked at the truck and I was told it is probably a speed sensor, but if they take the truck apart for that you might as well get a transmission with150,000 miles on it. So I said ok. We agreed to pay them cash of 5000.00. I gave him 2500.00 that next day and 2500.00 on the day it was done. So that was Friday, and they said Tuesday they got a transmission quicker than expected. So they fixed it, and called said it was done on Friday 7 days later. I was able to borrow my sons truck for that week. When they were done, I picked it up and they said it's kicking out a code and watch it 10-14 days of there's an issue. I drove to the freeway and knew something is wrong it's not shifting correctly. Scott said wait 10-14 days and bring it back if it continues so it continued. I brought it back and they said they didn't have time to look at it, they needed more time so I said I will drop it off Sunday to keep it all week while I'm gone out of town. They called Monday morning, the next day saying nothing is wrong, and I said it shifts hard and rolls forward in reverse drive it again. Scott said "ok, I will take it on the freeway" then called back Wednesday, I have to order you a new transmission something is wrong. I said I can't be without my truck again for a week, and he got snippy with me. He said it will be a week or more. I asked him to cover a rental truck he said no and that I was lucky this was under warranty. I said "are you kidding me, I just paid you 5k 3 weeks ago,"I think you were trying to be deceitful saying nothing was wrong with it". I had my wife call and she said Scott was snippy with her as well. She then asked for the corporate number and explained what I make a week at my company. She also said that Scott said noting will make us happy unless he gives us 5000.00 dollars back but that was not true.

VIN #1FTFW1CF2CFD00042

2012 Ford F 150

6/11 6/14 SW 6/19

Desired outcome: I need my income reimbursed for missing my handyman jobs for a week. It's my Co. He said they wouldn't even pay for a truck rental for me. I need a ruck to work I explained this to him. Some refund!
