i Order food and i told the waitress i need chips and dip its free she said are you a member i said yes and then when i was going to pay on the machine i pushed ree chips and dip and i tried to put my card in the machine it dont work . the waitress came itold her why the machine is not working she said oh these machine acting crazy let me have your card i run it over there and bring you the reciept
she came back i put her 22% tip but i looked she charge me for the dip &chips & for order of fries i never get
i called her while i waited for 10 minutes she said ok i fix it now and she think i am stubid she went and charge me agian and do refund for the same amount she charge second time
so please i need refund

this is not the first time it happen before with diffrenf waitresses i am very upset everytime i go ther they take the order wrong or mass up some way until when
