Went to Wendy’s because you are CONSTANTLY advertising the 2 for $6 deal
Walked into the store. We were the only customers in the entire restaurant stood at the counter, waiting to be waited on for 15 minutes, ignored by all the employees that were working right around us they could totally see us there finally a supervisor came up to us and told us the person that would take our order was in the bathroom and please be patient. We waited another 10 minutes and no one ever came so we left.
This is the second time this is happened to us Once we came to Wendy’s tried to enter the store to place an order. The doors were locked because they didn’t have enough employees running the store so we couldn’t even go in to make an order.
Why advertise a deal when you can’t even staff to fulfill the orders it’s not like the store was busy. We were the only ones in the store at the time. Very frustrating.
