Lowe's - New lg washing machine less than one month old - can't wash clothes

Purchased new from Lowes, Apache Junction, AS store on May 27, 2021.

We had no idea this machine had no "permanent press" cycle or even the equivalent cycles to simulate a permanent press wash.
I wear police slacks, and our 12 year old Whirlpool washer we just retired still had a PP cycle that worked, and allowed these slacks to be washed, promptly removed, and hung to dry to turn out perfectly. With the new LG washer with so many useless features like use of smart phone - the permanent press items come out as if someone had rolled them up wet to wrinkle, and allowed them to dry in place. We have tried all cycle combinations to no avail.

We are so annoyed by the ineptitude of the [censored]s employed in the Lowes appliance department that we're actually considering strapping the machine to the top of one of the police squad cars, and holding a customer police welcome out in front of the store. These [censored]s didn't even give us the military discount I was entitled to.

To top it all off we had the machine delivered in a large Lowes truck. The two men looked at our existing water hoses, and told us they couldn't use them. OK, so I handed them a new set still in the packaging. The clowns then told us that since they weren't purchased at Lowes they couldn't be used. They were half the price at a local hardware store rather than being bilked at Lowes.
As they left the one man told us that since it was a holiday they could finish early by not doing the installs.

So, the installer/delivery team left! We hired a local handyman to install. We were very concerned about the leveling of the washer because the LG instructions emphasized precise leveling on every document. The Lowes store then sent out a team of two "alleged pros." They told us that leveling was only an issue if the machine was hopping and skipping around the floor.

This is a mistake on my part. There is a fine appliance specialty store in the Phoenix area (Spencers) that has operated for years. They carry LG, and I should have gone to them. They would have told us this model doesn't wash all type of clothes that typically go into a washing machine, and they would have handled the delivery and installation perfectly.

There is something wrong at that Lowes store. It is no wonder that these big box stores are getting their butts whipped by Amazon. These guys are doomed.

The consumer laws allow me to dispute the charges on the credit card used so that it forces Lowes to do the replacement pickup, and delivery work. I'm not sure if you have a top loading machine that will do the job?

I'm certainly not wasting any time as several competitive models actually handle "permanent press" with no issues.

Also, I see your warranty card requires use of a camera as you want a picture of the darn thing, and the serial number - who knows what that number is as the machine was installed, we're not moving it to read a number that should be included with paperwork. Bizarre, the sales receipt and extended warranty info doesn't even include the product serial number.

In Arizona, we call this a true [censored] show.

Desired outcome: A comparable washing machine that handles modern permanent press type wash, and a top loader.
