Had oil change, few days later noticed fresh oil on garage floor, took back to Firestone, said they tightened drain plug; few days later more oil on garage floor. Returned to Firestone, said they could not get me in for 3 hrs because I had no appointment; that after two trips. I could not invest half day so asked for mgr to call me; said he would call within 20 min. Two days later-no call and oil continues to drip.

Have 4 vehicles and one commercial vehicle there. 31-year customer.
