Baymont in Jonesboro Arkansas charged a 200.00 deposit in which we paid no big deal. Next morning at check out we was supposed to get it back. Lori who is the manager told me she seen a smoke cloud in our room therefore basically couldn't get my 200.00 back. I stated to her ma'am we don't smoke I don't understand what you mean. She basically lied to keep my deposit. This is wrong on so many levels I guess she thought we was stupid and that she could just say that an knew there was nothing we could do. I signed a paper stating I understand the smoke policy before I paid and I wouldn't destroy or smoke and loose my money or go against rules plus WE DON'T SMOKE! I have tried everything to get this problem/concern escalated Lori says she is the only one we could talk to. I need something done this is wrong on so many levels. We stayed in room 108. They also wouldn't show me what they were talking about smoke cloud. If I could please be contacted with some help on solving this problem and help getting my money back because this is not okay. I work in business management and this isn't how we run business.
Desired outcome: I want my 200.00 back and I want a apology for the humiliation that happens at the front desk of Baymont inn in front of other people that was checking inn.
