I showed up to my 10:30 appointment with the manager and right off the start she was very rude she asked me "what I was there for?" Not a hey good morning how can I help you? I told her I had a n appointment for hair color and she never once brought me to the chair she kept me by the register asking well what you want there's a range of color services and I showed her she automatically shut down my idea instead of trying to offer a different solution. Working in the past in customer service I could already tell by her demeanor she didn't want to do the color regardless what is was! Never again will I go to that branch I felt very under appreciated my money wasn't welcomed! I have brought my kids there for haircuts and same lady with the all over gray has always had an attitude I never like to complain about things because I don't know what they are going through but obviously it's not a temporary problem it's a everyday problem.
Desired outcome: Ya’ll need cameras with sound to hold employees responsible and only corporate managers have access
