In March this year I went into Home depot ordered a vanity and basin for my bathroom. I received the vanity as ordered Simplicity by Strasser shaker 48"in. Wx21 in. D x 34.5 in H simplicity vanity center basin with side drawers in medium alder, I received vanity in March but not received basin a Transolid 49 in. W x22.25 in D Quartz vanity top in almond Delite with white basin and wide spread (SKU# [protected]) order # H0877-119080. I'm unable to track the item because I went into the store to order, waited a few days before I called Home Depot thinking it will arrive soon. I called the store, in discussion they couldn't track item so they called the vendors, states the basin is on back order. At first, they said April it will arrive, it didn't so I called again now it's mid May. If I had know this basin was on back order I wouldn't order. Home Depot customer service didn't notify (e-mail or text) me that the item was on back order without me calling. If I had ordered this on-line I would be able to track, also checking to make sure customer received items. A disappointment ordering items in - store. There should be a way customers can track items when ordering items in-store. I have a vanity without a basin for almost 3 months.

Desired outcome: Please, if basin is not delivered, I'm asking for a full refund on vanity and basin. Home Depot 1601 13th ave. Tuscaloosa, Al 35404
