ServPro

ServPro of SmithStation Alabama is very unprofessional and unsafe. They allow their employees to smoke pot and drink alcohol on company time (May 6, 2022, 3:00pm est). Management is unorganized and doesn't know if they are coming or going. Very unprofessional and unorganized management team that treats their employees like they nothing. Their employees work ridiculous hours unsafely due to poor management and no training. This company sends employees out with chemicals to use in families homes that are NOT certified. They get rid of families items that are removed from their homes because they make money off of it. My daughters dresser was destroyed and gotten rid of per Servpro back in 2020. When I followed up to get her dresser returned to me I was told it was destroyed and not salvageable. There was nothing wrong with my daughters dresser when it was removed from her home.
