View all 527 complaintsRuby Tuesday - The service I'm complaining about is the waitress and her refusal to give service.
On Friday September 4, 2020 about 7 PM myself and my sister-in-law chose the salad buffet and there was no cheese on the bar so I said that's okay we will get the waitress to get us some. We returned to the table and when she came by the table we requested some cheese, her response was you will have to get your own because we are working short and I don't have time, as they were just refilling the bar when she was saying it. I said to her I am a paying and tipping customer and you telling me you don't have time for me. I informed her that my money was just as good as anyone else's. She then walked away went to take care of other customers who by the way was all white and we were the only black, she small talked with them and treated them well. When someone else brought our food out I relayed what had happened to them and I'm assuming they sent the manager out and he apologized and asked how can he fix it but we never got restaurant service, no refills had to flag someone down for carryout box wasn't offered a discount or a desert. Just horrible service and she never returned to our table, NEVER. Would you go back?
Ruby Tuesday - Salad food bar and entree
The salad food bar was terrible! What lettuce was in the bowls was brown, cherry tomatoes were wrinkled, bell peppers were slimy, broccoli was brown, many items were empty. The mashed potatoes were very plain and to top it off when they brought us a refill of tea there was a long blonde hair on the bottom of the glass. I used to love Ruby Tuesday's but it must be going down hill. The prices were expensive also. There was 3 of us and we did not have alcohol or dessert and our bill including tip was $77.00.
