The sales rep was very rude and unorganized. There were only about 5 people in the store with 2 reps and Sarah moved me and my mother from her line because she said she was helping a customer then 10 mins later she asked for the next customer and skipped us. Once we complained she lied and said we were in the wrong line but she told us to go to the line. I don't know if it was because we were the only black people in the store or if they are not trained properly.
