Purchased a car May 1, 2012.
Car required service almost immediately. Spent most of a day in the service department fixing all that was wrong. When we tried to leave the starter blew up and had to be replaced before we could leave.
The same check engine code came on a second time. The company could not make reasonable arrangements to repair the car. Then the company decided to repossess the car because we could not take the payment to the office over 100 miles away ( the car needed service still ).
The owner of the business spoke for eight and a half minutes as I walked home from work to meet his repossession people. Even called me a second time to ask for my ATM card number. Of course cash was not acceptable to these folks.
In the process of calling 78 ( yes 78 ) times to the owner who suddenly forgot how to answer an incoming call the repossession people got restless and decided to drive over me in the process of leaving. After successfully spinning the driver's rear tire on my foot, locking the car on my foot, and spinning the tire off they finally left.
You tell me - the kind of company you want to deal with ?

Were dealing with the same jd byrider.our cat also needed service a week after we got it.kept having problems with it.there service people did not know wat they were doing.well in march we missed one payment n 4 days later they reposed it.n the only reason we missed a payment was bc the lady in the payment office didn't change our payment schedule like she said she would and we asked her to.
