For a 7 PM DINNER. Came through drive thru, ordered 2 apple pecan salads, the order taker said nope, no salads. We asked if it was all salads, yep. Ordered 2 single meals with lemonade, nope, no lemonade. Really? We asked.. one second, ok he made lemonade so we have some. Our bill was $21.00. We got back to our hotel 1.2 miles and honestly the food was not eatable. The fries were rubber and old the burgers were cold. The cheese was unmelted. I was disappointed BUT thank God he had made lemonade so she could sell it, we enjoyed the lemonade. So sad!
Desired outcome: Someone needs to help this store. If they were busy I would understand but there were at least 2 people working, that we saw and no one wanting to work for the customer.
Wendy’s - Service
This is my second complaint regarding the Wendy's on Government Street, Mobile, AL. On Monday, I went to Wendy's at 7:30am. They informed me that they did not have anything ready to serve. The sign indicates that they open at 6:30am. The lady at the window said the next breakfast would be on her. Today I went to Wendy's for breakfast and the sign shown the 2 for $4 Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit as well as the Bacon and Sausage Croissant. They indicated that the sale was no longer valid. Well, if this is in fact the case, why is the sign still up. I asked for a manager and they indicated there wasn't one on site, only a team leader. She was rude, would not give her name. I asked for a number to call right there, and she rudely stated, they're going to tell you the same thing. This is OUTRAGEOUS! Something should be done about the service, the employees and the signage.
