I was having problems with my tire so went to the service dept there with a flat tire, he took off tire inspected it put back on, came over to me in car and said it's fixed and he said he put air in all my tires for me, that will be $15, i was so grateful and said thanks so much, paid went home, didnt go anywhere else. The next day I noticed 3 of my caps where you put air in the tire was off, my caps have never been off all the years i had the car and i knew it was from them. Then i get another flat tire on same tire i was told was repaired. Went back there he took off tire and said you need to get another tire and showed the tire to me, there wasn't any previous repair done to it only air put in. i have a baby with me, keep that in mind, then i ask him about the caps, he was very rude saying ill give you 3 caps no charge but im not that negligent to forget to put those caps back on maybe it happened in the parking lot. It was very upsetting.
