The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

VRBO - owner wrongfully keeps security deposit

Owner wrongfully kept security deposit, and trying to bilk us as renters for damages that did not occur.. All reasonable attempts to discuss with owner so far to no avail. I do not recommend this rental to anyone unless you want to throw your money away to a bunch of crooks.

Yes, he tried to do the same to us and we are suing him in court!
