Waffle House

Sunday 4/30/2023 4:19 PM, Store #1265, stoped in for FIRST TIME, I usually eat at Huddle House, decided to try Waffle House #1265 1000 Rainbow Drive Gadsden, AL, "BAD MISTAKE" order was simple breakfast request two eggs, over light, Dark Toast, Scattered Hashbrowns, (well done) Crispy Bacon, received two eggs along with hash browns (they were not done, raw barely cooked) Waitress was GREAT, I over heard tell the cook on duty that she wrote on ticket SCATTERED/WELL DONE, this did not happen, returned for second time, this time Hash browns came back OVER COOKED, hard nearly un eatable, then the COOK on duth came over to my booth while I was trying to complete meal and wanted to know why I did not like the way he cooked the Waffle House hash browns, I explained what I asked for and did not receive, Cook had an ATTITUDE and they started explaining to me the way Waffle House requires him to cook hash browns and preferably the CUSTOMER does not matter, NOTE: I will most likely not return to this WAFFLE HOUSE #1265, please refund the $9.00, thanks
