Scheduled an appointment to get new tires on my car, came back the next day to have the tires balance addressed and was told that they stripped my lug nuts. I specifically asked the employee to find out why I'm being made liable for stripped lug nuts if I didn't bring my car in with the issue. Here I am bringing the car back yet again because the tires are still not balanced properly. I called ahead and was told there was a 20 minute wait. Here I am, waiting over an hour because no one communicated that they were waiting on part(s) that needed to be ordered. If I was told ahead of time that I would have to wait on all of this I would have came back another time. Now I have a supervisor or whatever he claims fo be, looking at me dumbfounded when I asked how much longer is it going to take. All he can bring up is we needed to get the parts there and fails to understand that no one communicated with me about having to wait for all of this. I paid over $700 for a set of tires that I've had to come back twice since installation. I'm definitely not reusing this place again. They don't understand basic customer service even after I had to have another supervisor from another location to call about the service I received ahead of time. Absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful of a customer's time and money.
Desired outcome: Please refund or provide adequate compensation
