Papa John's

The incident happened January 5. I placed an order and when I call to check on it the manager rudely yelled "I said hold on d*** it" then he hung up and I called back then told him I was going to file a complaint then he told me to shut the **** up. This papa John's is located in bessemer on 9th Avenue. The manager name is Alex Knowles is what I was told and he has been rude to customers at the hueytown location as well

He doesn't need to be working at a place like that if you can't control his anger.
