Long John Silver's

I took my 84-year-old mother to her 'once-favorite place to eat', Long John Silver's. We stood in line while two employees discussed how they couldn't wait to get off work.
When we finally got to place our order, there was no grilled salmon, no onion rings, no coleslaw, no cake, no tartar sauce, and no side salad. We ended up ordering something just for the sake of having a meal.
The girl at the service counter was very unfriendly and about 2 minutes after we took a seat with our order, she told us we only had about 20 minutes to eat. I think she should have said that at the start; my mother eats very slowly so we had to pack up our food and go home to finish and by then it was all cold. Horrible service and horrible experience. We won't go back there for a while until better management and service are provided.
