Like most infomercial techniques, sheercover sales reps have a talent
For bamboozling you into trying an additional product for only 6.70,
Bringing your total from 29.95 to 36.65 (I asked 3 times if I understood correctly and was told yes) only to receive an invoice totalling 109.95, which is 3 mo. Installments of 36.65, not a total of

Misunderstanding, and they were not the least bit interested in
Trying to work out a mutual agreement, repeating "our sales team
Reads from a script"! After a lot of pushing, I was able to get a rep.
To agree t o send me a return postage label, so I wouldn't incur any

I can't stress enough what a lack of interest they took in attempting
To try and keep a potential customer that was sincerely interested in trying their product, and she couldn't cancel my account fast enough.
You sheerly can't cover up poor customer service!

Do not buy from Sheer Cover! They trick you into signing up for consignments which arrive every 60 days which you haven't ordered and they debit your account. They claim that in the small print on the website it claims that if you buy a product you subscribe on an ongoing basis! I got hold of them and they promised to refund the money if I sent the consignment back but at my own expense and they would not refund £6 for postage (when it was sent to me). For something that I did not order? I have already contacted watchdogs and instructed my credit card company to refund me the money. Sheer Cover should be ashamed of themselves.
