KFC

Over the period of time that I've work at my KFC I've been hearing many stories about one of your managers. I've heard how he calls and makes nicknames for the crew members without talking to them first about it and doesn't care if they have a complaint about it. Our regional manage Sherman is very rude and disrespectful to the people working. While I was working last week he has called a new crew member a knucklehead and saying how she doesn't have enough experience to work on one of the sides. I've heard our regional manager talk behind our backs multiple times. I've always heard him use inappropriate language such as cussing around the members. Sherman has also cooked his own food with the KFC grills. The regional manager has also put chemicals into our cleaning water to clean the appliances and which our shift supervisor has gotten burned from. I, and many other do not feel comfortable working around Sherman.
