Wendy’s - They didn't have the items I ordered and refused to give me a refund for them

Ordered online using the Wendy's App. Drove to Wendy's at 2927 Seward Hwy, Anchorage, AK 99503 to pick up our order. Was told by the drive thru person that they didn't have any chili or baked potatoes. Said ok then please refund my credit card for those items. Employees refused to give a refund for the items I paid for. They said I had to go online to get the refund. I said what for I'm here now, you know the items that you don't have so just remove or refund them on my order. I've been given a refund before when this happened. Why are you refusing this time? Employee said there was nothing he could do, I needed to go online to get the refund, his drive thru lane of customers was getting long and I needed to leave. I said no I'd like a refund for the items I didn't get. A female employee came outside to the passenger side of my vehicle and started to bang on the car window, putting a crack in it, yelling and swearing profanity at myself and my wife, screaming at us to leave. The guy at the drive thru window told me I was bad customer service. I laughed and said you're the customer service, I'm the customer. The date for incident was 12/26/2021 at approx. 11pm. These employees need some training on how to treat customers whom are clearly in the right to get a refund when the product has been paid for and they don't have the item purchased. The female employee should be fired for attacking customers when we didn't even lay a hand on any employees or swear at them. She needs some anger management classes before she really hurts somebody or does more damage to property. I'd like a refund for the items I paid for but never received. Also, they can't seem to follow instructions on an order. I marked no mayonnaise for my burger and when I got home it was swimming in mayo. This Wendy's location has the worst employees I've ever come across, in any service industry.

Desired outcome: Female employee should be fired. Would like a refund for the items I paid for and never got.
