UHC House Calls - Discriminatory practice in rewards for going through the program!!
Both my wife and me have UHC insurance. both were told there would be a $50.00 amount put on our healthy food card ! We were both there, the nurse Don did both of us the same day! She got the $50.00 put on her healthy food card. I was sent a $15.00 Gift card ! Why ? The Nurse actuall did more to me the Male. taking more time. Then in the end gave me less.
