I gave them my money on January 8th, $963.00, and I still don't have my garage. The guy who sold it to me said it would take 6-10 weeks to install, but it's been 6 months and still no garage in sight.

I paid $1,068.56 as a deposit for a metal building from Unrivaled Metal Buildings. However, they didn't finish the job as promised. Hannah G, who I paid with my visa credit card on 4/29, said they would start the project within 4-6 weeks. But they didn't show up until around 9 weeks later. When Ran's workers left, they left scrap metal and screws all over my property. The roof is still incomplete, and debris keeps falling through, damaging my valuable items. I was assured that they would come back to finish the job, but now both Ran and Hannah are ignoring my calls and text messages. It has been several months since then, and I still haven't heard back from anyone. It's now 2/15.

I contacted Unrivaled Metal Buildings to build a 30x40 commercial building on my property. Unfortunately, the city denied my permit. I reached out to *** from Unrivaled and sent her the denial letter, along with the direct number for the city zoning. She assured me that once she spoke to the city, my deposit would be returned. However, I received a call from the actual building company, Best Choice Metal Structures. They informed me that *** from Unrivaled had sent them an email stating that I was over my 45-day refund period, which was a complete lie. I can't believe that ComplaintsBoard.com gave them an A- rating when there are more complaints than good reviews. This company is either a scam or has very shady business practices. As a paralyzed veteran on a fixed income, I can't afford this loss. Please contact me for further details.

I ordered a garage from Unrivaled Metal Buildings in March . I sent my down payment of $2220 on the same day. They told me that they couldn't get the thicker steel I needed for my building until May or early June. In September, I received a call from someone named ***, who said that their "builder" couldn't complete my building. They said they would use another "builder." Now, my $13k building has become $21k. I told them there's no way I'm paying that much, and I asked them to return my deposit. I decided to go with another company because it has already been almost 8 months, even though I was initially told it would be built in about *** weeks. *** said he would contact the "builder metal carports of N. ***" to request a refund, and he said it would take about 30 days. However, it has been well over 30 days and I still haven't received my money back.

I bought a metal garage from Unrivaled Metal Buildings on Feb 24th. I paid the deposit and signed a contract, and they said it would be built in 5-7 weeks. But then they said it would start in the second week of April. But now they're saying it'll start on April 19th. But guess what? Nobody showed up to build it and they haven't contacted me. I've emailed them and called them at least three times a week, but they don't respond. They don't return my calls or emails, and they won't tell me when they'll start building my garage. I've begged them, but they just ignore me. I have no idea what's going on. They have my money, but I don't have my garage. They keep ignoring me and won't give me a date for when they'll start building it. I just want my garage already. They better put me on the schedule for next week.

I ordered a metal garage from Unrivaled Metal Buildings on March 23. I signed the contract and paid them $1800. They told me it would take 6-8 weeks for installation. It took me 3 weeks to get my pad poured because of the rainy weather. I let them know I was ready, and they said they would schedule it that week. I didn't hear anything, so I called Unrivaled Metal Buildings again, and they said they would check on it. I didn't hear anything for another week, so I called again. This kept happening until August when they told me I needed to call the manufacturer. So it turns out that Unrivaled Metal Buildings is just a dealer. They're having some issues with the manufacturer, and the manufacturer is refusing the contract. Keep in mind that Unrivaled Metal Buildings has my $1800, and they won't give it back even though the contract says the manufacturer should pay if they back out. The manufacturer also said they won't pay me. Unrivaled Metal Buildings hasn't done anything for me with my money, and I still haven't received my engineered drawings yet.

After chattin' online and on the phone with Hannah G, one of the big shots at "Unrivaled Metal Buildings," I got myself a loan from the bank they recommended (***). On 3/19, I went ahead and ordered a 30' x 40' x 10' building. I forked over $1986.88 as a down payment, invoice #***. They told me it would take about 4-8 weeks for the installation. They never mentioned that they wouldn't be the ones doin' the job. They said some folks called "scheduling" would get in touch with me. So, I got a call askin' where I wanted the doors, and then they sent me a text with pictures to confirm. They said it would take 4-6 weeks. Well, it's been almost 13 weeks now, and I ain't got no building or even a date for the install. I've called 'em countless times and even reached out to "Metal Carports & Structures Inc," which they told me after 6 weeks is the company in charge of makin' and installin' the thing. I've also tried contactin' 'em through their website and Facebook. I just want my building delivered and installed pronto, Unrivaled *** Metal Carports ***.

I ordered a 30x40x10 garage from Unrivaled Metal Buildings on September 27. I spoke with a person named *** about the deal, and the invoice number was ***, totaling $15175.95. They informed me that a deposit of *** was required to process the order, which I paid on September 27. They also mentioned that the remaining *** was due after the completion of the garage. They assured me that I had up to one year to take delivery, and the price would be honored for that duration.

On May 12, I called them to let them know that I was ready for delivery at any time. However, weeks went by, and despite making several calls and leaving messages, I did not receive any responses. This was very frustrating. Finally, on August 20, *** informed me that Metal *** was not honoring the agreed-upon price. Instead, they quoted a new price of ***k and stated that I would need to come up with an additional 2k. I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a refund of my deposit since I did not have the extra funds. She said she would inform them and that her lawyers were looking into ***. She mentioned that I had 30 days to receive my deposit back.

I made numerous calls, but unfortunately, I did not receive any call backs. It is disappointing that not only are they not honoring the original price, but they also want to keep my deposit.

I put a deposit down on Nov 18th, 2020 for a metal building from Unrivaled Metal Buildings. It's been a while and I still haven't received my building, so I decided to cancel. Unfortunately, I haven't gotten my deposit back yet. I made the deposit on Nov 17th, 2020, and it showed up in my account on Nov 18th, 2020. Where I live, I need a building permit before I can put up any kind of structure. To apply for the permit, I need a set of building plans from the manufacturer and a completed works compensation form. I should have received both of these things right after making my deposit. However, it wasn't until Jan 2021 that I finally received the plans. But I never got the works compensation form filled out, which I needed to add to the permit. The owner of the company and a lady named Ashleigh told me that the manufacturer would need to fill out the form and send it back to me. I have several emails to prove that this is what they said. Without the building permit, I can't proceed with pouring the concrete pad or installing the building. So I decided to cancel. I've sent two emails about canceling and I also told the company over the phone to cancel my building order and refund my deposit.

We ordered a building on 9/9 and were told it would be up and done in 6-8 weeks. We've been given 5 different dates and still no garage. Now they're saying it won't be until spring. We ordered a 30x50 garage on 9/9 for $25031.19. We paid a down payment of $4745 on the same day. We called after 7 weeks because we hadn't heard anything. They gave us a few different dates, but said it would be done within 2 weeks. Then they referred us to Metal structures and carports, but I can't find them anywhere. After that, we couldn't reach Unrivaled anymore. I don't know what kind of scam is going on, but this has been a complete nightmare. We've been cancelled on multiple times when trying to schedule the installation. The 2 weeks passed and when I called, they said it would be extended again. This time it was supposed to be done during the week of 11/22. I called to check and once again the "subcontractor" cancelled. We want either our full down payment back or our building installed before the end of November or the first week of December. We even tried to get the building delivered without installation so we could hire a local contractor, but they only offered $4700 instead of the $7-8000 it would cost. The price we agreed on included installation. They need to either provide enough money to cover the installation or refund our down payment so we can go somewhere else.

I ordered a metal building on 05/19 and they said it would be done in 4-5 weeks. I paid a deposit of $720.12, but then I didn't hear anything from them. I messaged the sales agent on 06/02 to ask why I hadn't heard from anyone, and she said they would call closer to the building time. On 06/23, I called the main office of Unrivaled Metal Buildings to check on my order because it was already week 5, but they said they would call back and they never did. On 06/24, I called again to say I was still waiting for a call back. They took my name and number but never called back. On 06/25, I called again and they transferred me to the scheduling department. When I started questioning if this company was legit, they didn't answer. So I called back and an employee said someone would call right away. A Mr. Ran called and said he was the builder, but he couldn't come out until the week of July 6, which is 7 weeks. I told him I wanted to cancel the order since it wasn't being done on time. Then I got a call from Hannah G, who said she was the owner of Rivaled Metal Buildings. She said she could move the date for him to come out to the week of June 30. I told her I would be out of town and that the project was supposed to be done in 3-5 weeks. She got really rude and said I couldn't get a refund because I signed a contract and they already ordered the supplies. But I didn't sign a contract, it was just an invoice. Contract signed on January 14 through Docusign for a 24X24X9 Metal carport. Paid a deposit over the phone for $1,210.00 using checking account info. I gave my info to ***, one of the owners of Unrivaled Metal Buildings. They told me to call them when we were ready for the building to be installed. We were preparing the ground for concrete pouring. Got a voicemail from *** from Metal Carport Constructions, asking us to call them to discuss the building details when we were ready for installation. It took longer than expected to level the ground and pour the concrete due to bad weather. When we were finally ready for installation, I called Metal Carport Constructions to set a date. They told me to email *** with a picture of the concrete as proof. I sent an email on August 2, but got no response. I called again on August 10, and they said they didn't receive my email. I sent another email with proof of the concrete on August 10, but still no response after several days. I called Unrivaled Metal Buildings and *** told me to send the picture of the completed concrete pad to his email. On August 16, I sent an email to *** but got no response from anyone. I called *** and he told me that the company they use for parts (Metal Carport Constructions) had broken their contracts, so they wouldn't install unless we paid more money. They originally quoted $8,130.10 for the building, but now *** said it would be $13,000.00. I said I would discuss it with my husband and call him back. After a few days, I called him back to let him know we would pay the additional price. *** said he would send a contract for me to sign, but I haven't heard anything from him in days.
