The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Having ordered a mobile unlocking code for my htc phone, i was promised - through their website - that codes would be delivered in 5 - 30 mins. After this time a link in their 'beta control panel' switched to 'ready'. This indicated my code was ready plus instructions. . . But nothing appeared.

That was on sat mar 27th and here on mar 30th i have tried numerous emails - most bounce back, plus a phone that has a minimal voice message and no - one ever gets back. I have blocked my credit card in case they try to take more money.

I did a search of the address by post code and 27 comprises one ground floor flat plus 4 other flats. . . Sounds suspicious.

same happened with me today on 06/08/2015. 12 hours and no code and unable to use their website to contact them. Another scammer allowed to operate by trading standard and get away with it. barclaycard will get a call in the morning to cancel the transaction. Name & Registered Office:

Oh and, as a UK company, they should also provide a non premium rate post contract support number.
0871 is premium rate. I have also complained to trading standards about that.

Codes bought and arrived within 48hrs. Codes didn't work despite following instructions to the letter. No response to 3 requests for support. They tout a money back guarantee which they seem to never deliver on relying on weasel words in their terms. Let me be clear. Their terms have no standing whatsoever. If you buy codes and they don't work they must refund or replace. Nothing in a contract can deprive a consumer of their statutory rights. Ask for refund. If none received contact PayPal or your card issuer. Or if you feel up for it, issue a claim in the county court. You should also complain to their local trading standards

Unlocking code promised 3-7 days - 9 days and 21 hours and still waiting.
Reply to e-mail promised within 24 hours - 3 days and still waiting.
DO NOT TRUST THIS FIRM!

I too did not receive any code so far, at list if code is not aviable they could inform us but NO there is no response from the management.

Unlockonline should justify this review.

Hi,

I have used this company on 4 occasions. When their system works and the codes they send work, all is fine. It has worked 2 out of 4 times for me.

HOWEVER, their support is PAINFULLY slow. You have to answer a questionaire, wait a minimum of 24 hours for a response (once I had to wait 6 days!), then give further information, wait another 24-48 hours etc ... I managed to obtain one refund and I am currently waiting 96 hours after I replied to their first response asking for more details. their telephone system is a waste of time, support option is PERMANENTLY engaged, if you chose Sales (just in an attempt to speak to a human being) you receive an answerphone message asking to leave a message and they will get back to you asap. I have never left a message as they don't seem to be able to responde to emails, never mind voice mails.

I would say that it is a genuine company, but if you want a quick timely service look elsewhere.

would this company be the same online-unlocks.com another scam website they charge very little money but if everybody that falls for it leave them with the money their making a packet i paid through paypal and im claiming my money back

The same happened with me, ordered 1 for Dell streak, but it still shows processing, it's been 5 days and after a numerous phone calls and emails, still no reply, I understand there can be delays, but not replying, definitely something is wrong.

I have also fallen foul to this operation. Paid for 36-48hr codes service on 22nd March 2011. Still waiting, not being able to get hold of anybody, either by telephone or by email - nothing. Most concerningly, the website has now become unavailable!

I just read this compliant and was a little concerned. I went ahead and ordered their service via paypal. 12-24 hours was more like 45 minutes. I strongly applaud their quick and time fashion. Don't let this comment confuse you. Just fill out what they ask for and enjoy the hassle free service

What absolute nonsense! YOU don't respond to customers AT ALL, Try ringing your own number... (there is no one available to take your call message) or better still try emailing yourself! ...your contact us form doesn't even work. Interesting if you also look on google street view of your house or better still... look at your filing history at companies house! TELECOM TASKS LIMITED ([protected]) Seems you love responding to reviews to protect your rubbish brand but yet won't respond to customers when things go wrong! Interestingly, the weight of a company isn't how many positive reviews they have but how they deal with negative reviews and resolving issues! As for your laughable terms and conditions regarding people who try to claim their money back through indemnity £150 charge? Seriously.. you are a bunch of rip off merchants... oh wait no you aren't as it's just you on your own isn't it GRACE CARTER as even your business partner deserted you and resigned Steffen Norris! PFT!

Same thing with me too - only I work for a government body and I wont stand for this.

I suggest we all make a complaint to Companies Investigations Branch. Please google it for the contact details as I am not in work to get these details from my computer.

However, If we all make a complaint against this Limited company about defrauding customers, we can ensure these people are imprisioned for their criminal offence and ensured they cannot run another company again.

The same thing has happened to me. Ordered code for my Blackberry. Paid for 5 - 30 mins service. Waited for over 2 hours. No email but status changed to ready. On checking there was nothing there just like other complainant. Have emailed several times and tried ringing but answerphone which can't take any more messages.

Very disappointing
