I had a sales call July 30. During the call I told the girl I do not want to pay for anything. She said there is no cost to start. So I proceeded to enter my credit card. The very next day I saw my first charge and immediately went in and paused the items because in two weeks I was supposed to have a follow up call. I don't recall getting any call. Then a month later I happen to check my credit card statement and see two charges from Yelp for almost 400 dollars. Now Yelp refuses to refund saying I never said I didn't want to be charged and "no cost to start up" is different than no monthly charges. To the average person asking this it is no different. They knew what I meant. They are very deceitful. Don't list your business with them.
