United Vacations review: Ticketmaster and Stub Hub

Ordered tickets to a show at the TD Garden in Boston. First, to navigate the process on line (because they don't take paper tickets), was a nightmare beyond words. So decided to just get a refund - they won't refund. You can sell your tickets thru them - which they take about 48% percentage fee OR you can submit a claim thru your bank. Customer service was no help at all. It was just a horror and this definitely discourages anyone from buying tickets on line. Buyer beware.
