Yelp.com review: Terrible company for small businesses

I have received several positive reviews from verifiable active customers which were not solicited and all of them were removed. But a poor review is maintained even though they are not legitimate customers. I have filed an appeal and all I get is an automated response and never a phone call or anyone to discuss the matter. One negative review was not even a customer of our company and when I disputed the review their answer was it would not be removed. To customers a very reputable company who has received the best in the state awards and carries an A+ rating with BBB is being shown to potential customers as a bad company. Yelp is not good for most small businesses.
