We bought a Frigidaire Single Wall oven from LOWE'S in April; it was finally installed thjis past week. In unpacking the instruction manual, and all the other paperwork, I noticd the 'advertised' Air Fry cooking tray was not in the box. I 1st tried contacting Frigidaire via phone; a non-english speaking person told me, it was LOWE'S responsibility to furnish the Air Fry tray. After a LONG conversation with LOWE'S, they gave me am [protected] telephone number, which when answered (again, by a non-english speaking person) they gave me a different number [protected] (Frigidaire 'help line').. After waiting 30 minutes, the phone went dead. So, I tried the Frigidaire 'chat' line; same runaround, and gave me the 800 number again. Frigidaire customer service is a JOKE! The last call said I would have to purchase thr Air Fry Tray (it is $79.99 on Frigidaire web site).
Do NOT buy anything from Frigidaire. Their customer service is nonexistant!
Recommendation: DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM FRIGIDAIRE.
