Yelp.com review: Do not go there

Liv Beautiful my wife had an appointment at this ridiculous facial company that ad on Groupon said they did dermal abrasions pumpkin masks peels and my wife set up an appointment went there and after she was there for 20 minutes, she came out and said I’ll never go back there again. I’ve never heard my wife say that anywhere and the reason was simple. This is their excuse. The dermal abrasion machine was broken and they haven’t fixed it yet. The product for the pumpkin mask was out and they had it on order so they want to charge her $50 for a massage on her on her face and that is not what my wife is there do not go to this place. The remarks that are on their website are bogus. This company is terrible just to add to the problem years later, my wife said well maybe I should try it again. Maybe they’ve gotten their durable abrasion machine fixed. She called today and this poor guy that answered the phone didn’t know anything about their products and what they did. He tried his best but somebody was talking to him in the background then he put my wife on hold for five minutes. I hung up the phone and said don’t go there and the phone rang and the guy said well your wife was here a couple years ago and she his remarks was too demanding so the definition of too demanding by them is is your dermal abrasion machine working? Do you have product to do a pumpkin mask? Can I have an appointment on Tuesday? I’m glad to pay whatever your price is. That’s their definition of two demanding.
