United Trust Bank review: I was told I will get a loan and not to pay three payments.

After months of waiting for a loan that never happened, I was informed that they could not give me a loan, they did however send all my information to third party associates, now after all that they caused me to owe approximately $3,500.00 in debit and late fees, & they keep sending offers in the mail. They also claimed I would receive savings on my loan up to $1,000.00 per month and $40,000.00 to $50,000,00 dollars or more in cash. All not true! VA approved too?
