I paid just under $16,000 for a new roof in Oct 2025. The attached contract shows a 10-year labor and a 50-year shingle warranty.
2 weeks ago, what appears to be 4 shingles blew off the gable. I can't climb on my roof to verify, but I have the shingles in my garage. After multiple phone calls and emails the only response I received was an acknowledgement that the information was passed along about a week ago. I'm concerned fir interior house damage if it rains.

Claimed loss: TBD if it rains and there becomes interior damage.

Desired outcome: I need United to contact me ASAP to come out and honor their warranties before it rains and I have to seek damages.
