United Benefit Advantage – For my money to be returned on my card

I never signed up for united benefit advantage dont even know what that is I have received a notice on my card app of them taking 19.95 cents off my card I would really like my money back I dont understand how they were able to take money from me pls help I dont have money like that I just dont understand why they would do that to people I need money back pls.
