Hi there,
I want to inform all legal authorities in Nairobi, Kenya about this fraud company. This company brings Indians from India on a job contract, they say for the first 2 months thy will not give salary, but from the 3rd month they will start paying salary. But it doesn't happen that way. I am working here from past 3 years, now I am fed up of this company as they hold our salaries as long as 6-7 months. They have not paid our salaries from past so many months. They trap innocent Indian employees here and exploit them. There are 3 major crooks in the company:
1. Ranjith the so called HR, he manages Logistics and other things also, he's paid around $9000 USD and 80000 KES. He abuses indian people when they ask for their salaries, he harass them.
2. Sandeep the so called Finance old man, he's paid around $12000 and 90000 KES. He also abuses people.
3. Arindam this guy is so called Marketing manager, his job is to only abuse people. He is appointed only to abuse people. He is paid 15000 USD and 100000 KES for abusing people.
The owner of this company is Mr. Pankaj Bedi, he is a Big time Fraud person.
He owns many business in DUBAI and in Kenya and in INDIA.
He is living like a parasite on our salary.
There are so many of us from Srilanka and from india..
they dont give money and now we are trapped.
The day they will pay all our dues, we will just kick this company and run away back to our home.
My Advice, don't get trapped here.
NEVER EVER JOIN THIS COMPANY !
THIS IS A TERIBLE COMPANY ...
I RUINED 3 yrs of my life here ... I am just waiing for salary... I will run away then ...
Also, they bring Indian people here illegally.
They bring them on Business Visa and make them work here Illegally.
Then they apply for Special pass
They again apply for special pass
Then they again apply for special pass
then finally they apply for work permit ...
This company is very good for Local Kenyans ... they get their salaries every month on fixed time... They never even delay their salaries for even 1 day... but for us EXPATS... they delay as long as 6-7 months...
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

For User who is created fake stories, kindly remove as soon as earliest, otherwise will be take an action against user through cyber crime.

I am working here in this company from few years and I will not disclose my identity because they might fire me.
The problem in this company is they delay salaries like 5-6 months..(For Expats). Now this is a huge problem, they are exploiting everyone here.
They Abuse everyone.
Particularly, 3 big Abusers and thieves are working here.
They get like $5000 each but they pennies to all other Indians.
Ranjeet the so called HR, Sandeep the so called Finance manager and Arindam the so called Marketing manager.
These 3 just shout and yell at expats, they abuse, they exploit, they threaten and treat expats like hell.
This company should be banned.
My work visa is about expire and I will go back to india.
I will leave this bad company.
My advice to everyone, if you want to ruin your career, never join this company.
They are holding my 6 months salary just because it is their strategy to stop expats here.. It's a trap.
