This company has a quick turn around from online ordering to shipping it to my house. There is no need to call customer service, because ever order been correct. Planning to do more business with them. Knowing that I trust their system and am comfortable to do business with them.

Facemask with whistle takes a bit to get used to. offers a lot of protection to others. Hear the whistle very well. Fast service, awesome product. Unfortunately, 5 sporting events canceled due to covid. Still, the five events that were held the products were everything I had hoped for

bought a pair of force 3 shin guards: was expecting them to not be here for my weekend games but they showed up 2 days later and was able to get a game in before the weekend, love them! haven't been hit there yet, thankfully but i have full confidence they will do their job as advertised! thanks umpattire for your speed in getting these to me

I shop around other sites to compare prices in order to find the best value, and Ump-Attire is consistently competitive. When I can't find what I'm looking for, Ump-attire normally has it. Excellent business to deal with...I ordered the wrong size, so I had to make a return. Easiest thing I have ever done. They promptly sent me a shipping label (they paid for the return shipping), kept in constant contact with me via e-mail, and then promptly credited my account through my credit card. I am also pleased with the quality of the products I ordered, and I will definitely do business with them again.

I can't say enough about Ump-Attire.com. They have the items that any sports official needs to do their job properly. Their prices are reasonable. The customer service is a 10. If you need to return an item they give you a refund without questions. If you return an item months later they'll give you a gift certificate. They have instructional videos on how to adjust equipment. They are my first choice for purchasing uniforms & equipment & there are others out there but why trust them when you already know Ump-Attire has your back. I placed several orders over the past couple months with Ump-Attire.com. Each and every time I placed an order the customer service I received exceeded my expectations. When I've had to return an item due to fit/sizing, the return shipping process was very simple. Their website is really easy to navigate and the product videos are top notch. To be honest, my preference is to buy local in order to support businesses within my state; but Ump-Attire.com simply has such a wide variety of reasonably priced (in-stock) merchandise, it made most sense for me to conduct business with them.

I have been using Ump Attire for all my needs as a high school football and wrestling official for five years. What I like especially is their personalized, quick response either over the phone or via email. I have had a couple of seamless returns over the years when I was choosing between shoe sizes; once when I did not like the shiny fabric on a referee football jacket; and once for a preference of one football pants style over another. Another time I could not decide what fabric I wanted in a football official shirt, and the customer service person sent me a close-up picture of each along with his recommendation. Their prices are reasonable but why I recommend them over any other is they work with officials to get us the best gear for our needs. Best of the best!

What other company encourages you to buy two different sizes of a product just to make sure you get the right size and then gladly pays the return shipping costs for the one that doesn't fit? They want you to be satisfied and they put their money behind that commitment. Lightning fast response time to inquires, immediate shipping, how to videos, and active presence on relevant officiating forums. They know the sport(s), the know what officials need, and they do whatever needs to be done to get us our gear.
