I can't believe the great prices they have at golf smith. I got a set for my brother and he thinks I paid over $2K for the clubs but they cost me only a few hundred.

Last year I bought a fake frigging golf club online when I thought I was getting a deal. Never again. Now I only buy online at golfsmith for low prices which I know are all authentic

Great site, they are always running great shipping deals and they often have good sales. I would recommend going to the store if there is one in your town as they match all prices including on-line only stores like TGW.com.

I tried to order $1800+ worth of Callaway clubs as part of a promotion the last day of the promotion. The website would not take my order despite spending over an hour trying to make the order go thru. I just worked with a Golf Galazy person. Although the problem was on Golf Galazy's website, Golf Galaxy will do nothing for me to solve the problem.

I went to Golf Galaxy in Cool Springs, TN yesterday & Andrew was more than helpful getting me fit for the right clubs as well as putting together a deal that fell within my budget. He was patient & the rest of the staff were kind & helpful as well. Will be going back soon & will highly consider going to them again when it's time to upgrade irons in a couple years.

Love the Oklahoma City Golf Galaxy. I'm in there more than the grocery store. I am getting to be an old Fa*t and am in the process of switching my clubs to all senior flex. I went in to get a Ping 3 wood. They didn't have one but an associate named Brody was helping me. He came up with an idea to switch the demo senior flex 3 wood shaft with another 3 wood head and I left there happy with my new 3wood. I see a lot of 1 star ratings here but I think they are great. They leave you alone when you want and are very helpful when you need them. Go to the OKC store!

Why isn't their golf club return policy clearly stated? After bing "fitted" at Golf Galaxy, by their "professional," I purchased a new driver. When I took the driver to the course, it didn't perform as it did on their launch monitor. When I returned the club for another with a stiffer shaft, the store response was that they don't accept returns if the product has been USED. Do they expect buyers of new clubs to store them in the closet for the first 30 days? Very unsatisfied and will never purchase anything again at Golf Galaxy. Many other golf equipment sellers give 30 day "no questions asked" return on new clubs.

I've read several reviews about ordering clubs and getting used instead of new. Almost made me nit order. Well I ordered 3 clubs, 2 came from one warehouse, and the 3rd from another. All 3 were brand new and arrived in perfect condition. Also 1 came to my home on the 2nd day after ordering and the other 2 the next day. I used their standard free shipping. Super fast. My experience has been perfect and I hope other people don't get scared off by the bad reviews as I almost did. BTW, I am in no way affiliated with Golf Galaxy, $#*!s Sporting Goods, or any affiliate. I am just a customer, nothing more, nothing less.

Wow read some reviews and cant understand why the good reviews are not commenting
Arrived at the Peoria store with my wife and within 3 minutes this gentleman Larry was their to help and lead my wife thru the benefits and features of different woods. He then took the time and recommended that she use the bays analyse her swing, he made adjustments to different clubs and even made a slight change in her swing and immediately an improvement. Instead of buying 4 woods he showed her the difference and she has gone with 3 woods, she has played and praticed 3 games and is delighted with the woods and her slight change in swing. She will wait a few more game before deciding on the extra fairway wood. Thanks Larry, i personaly purchased balls, new sand wedge and 2 pair of golf shoes.
