I purchased 5 stickers for Monopoly Go at 1:02pm EST on 11/6/2024. I did not receive my items despite providing the requested information. I received an email stating that the code was wrong, even though I got the code from the exact place I was instructed. I either want a refund, or the stickers purchased. My order number has been verified as paid, and the order number is MCDK241107020123433. Please assist.
