UFC Gym review: I don't know them and they continously email me when I unsub and report as phishing

I have never been a member of this gym. I do not know who they are I have never inquired about them nor have I ever signed up for their info. They have emailed me and I have unsubscribed fifteen to twenty times. I also reported it as phishing. Yet they continue to harass me. I am the parent of a victim of violent crime going through a trial and I just lost my home in the fires. I filed a police report just last week about them continously haranguing me. Today I called and emailed the contact number informing them that I intend to file charges and sue them if they email me one more time. I don't know who the heck they are but they are violating california stalking laws and considering my situation I am also a special victim. I intent to file charges and sue them in civil court if they contact me again. I let them know this by phone and by their email address.
