I intended to return today to pick up the transcript, but my car had been clamped. When I came to pick up my car, I discovered that it was locked. I questioned Polis Bantuan why my car was locked. The reason was that the parking space where I parked was reserved. I told him there was no mention of reserved parking, and the parking grid on the ground was yellow. He stated that there were license plate numbers scrawled on the ground.

I was immediately angry. The license plate you mentioned was located on the ground. Who the hell noticed that on the ground while driving?

Furthermore, the license plate inscribed on the ground is composed of cement, making it difficult to read. Then I inquired as to why it was "reserved" and not put with a cone; additionally, the parking grid is not red. Who would understand what it means if it was written on the ground like this? Polis Bantuan was also very helpless, he said that he was just following instructions and clamping the car. So, I could only pay to unclamp my car. I will attach the photo which is the car plate number polis bantuan mentioned on the ground, and the car of the owner. Car owner plate TCK 925. Since this university does not care about the complaint, hence I would like to complain here. In the end, this is a private university that only wants money.
