I received the walnut Duraflame fireplace tv stand huge box I ordered through Walmart.com. I carefully opened a well-packaged, very large, very long, extremely heavy box that I could not move myself. I laid out all pieces in alphabetical and number order to begin assembly. The very first piece was panel B that holds the whole thing together. I have no panel B. The packaging was excellent except where there are metal pieces already attached, i.e. hinges. These were not covered, so, in transit, had damaged the two doors with gouges and scratches, plus the left outer side piece was scratched. I contacted TwinStar Home over a month ago, took 28 pictures, and they never contacted me. I have called every 3 days to no avail. They told me on the phone that they had no spare pieces and they would make a claim to the warranty. I had to send purchase receipt, etc. The warranty claim was started on the 23rd of June. I was to be called that day and to have an email if I couldn't get the call. Nothing. I called on the 29th and the agent sent an expidited request to Warranty Claims, I was to have a call same as the 23rd. Today is 7/2/26. I called and was told there is no direct line to Warranty Dept. all they could do is send in another expedite request. I called Florida and the main number answers and gives extensions. When you hit the extensions, the number goes to Verizon and has been disconnected. Meanwhile, I have my living room floor covered with all the pieces and don't know what to do. This is just uncontionable for a company to be so unreachable.
Desired outcome: To either get the missing panel B and replacements for the damaged doors and side piece, or a whole new unit intact, with all pieces checked prior to shipping.
