Well, i'm no expert in MLM... but for those who made a few quick bucks with TVI...good for u. Think about the ppl u recruit in the future...because by then the company will crash and the "founders" run away with the money, its the friends and family u recruit that will suffer. So if u think u wanna make this sort of "quick" but yet possibly "bad" money...good luck to u. Don't forget, what goes around comes around. There are thousands of MLM/ scam companies popping up everyday, where ppl make quick bucks and company close down. If u're serious in MLM, look for solid companies that have been around for at least 5-10yrs.

I was informed today by a friend of mine who was also in TVI that he is in contact with 2 FBI agents of whom are part of a investigation to seek civil and criminal charges against those still actively promoting TVI. TVI announced that March 1 would be the launch of the booking for our 7 day vacations. That date came and passed and our vacations are still not here. TVI is now officially a ponzi scheme since there is no actual product of value we get for our money.

Apparently, anyone still recruiting knowing that there are no vacations (product of value) can be held liable and spend upto 4 years in prison. They are following the complaints and going up the ladder to anyone who is still actively organizing their groups and recruiting. If you have been recruiting for TVI since March 1, you could be held accountable for knowingly participating in a ponzi scheme. I'm just passing this news along.

Trust me this company is a fake... The reasons are simple.

There is no information of the board of directors anywhere. NO CEO NO MD... nothing at all. Any reputed company would like their structure

There is no credibility, what so ever... a phone number of London and operating in Cyprus. Also they have mentioned 2 addresses in London in the presentation they say marble arch and at places they say Uxbridge.. the two places are all together different

No Sustainability: The entire model does not prove any sustainability of the company. The say to be in Multi level marketing, where as there in strong product offering... it is just a travel voucher, in which you have to PAY TAXES. thus how does the company sustain on selling one travel package for lifetime

RE: TVI-GAT - If someone is not a part of a program that is being complained about on "the Complaint Board" (which is for complaints, by the way) they should not try to say that someone's complaint or experience is not legitimate when it's not even their complaint and they don't even have any experience with that company! No one's complaint or personal experience should be downplayed or be made out to be less than what it is. If it's the person's ACTUAL first-hand experience...then take their word for it. I don't think anyone is going to take the time to complain if something didn't really happen...and they certainly, in no way should be insulted because they do have a complaint - with ACTUAL FIRST-HAND experience. SCAM - TVI GLOBAL ASSIST TEAM (TVI-GAT) --- NO ONE has just 'sat back' and done nothing so they can just "collect a welfare check and not work for anything and whine" - especially when or if a program someone joins is nothing but a SCAM in the first place...and Believe it or not...THERE ARE SCAMS ON THE INTERNET and TVI-GAT IS ONE OF THEM. No one is knocking anyone for doing well...so no one should be insulted who hasn't done well, through no fault of their own, when the actual PROGRAM may have been at fault and was "lazy" and not necessarily the consumers who bought into it - especially when they HAVE put the work in and have still seen NO RESULTS. You don't have to be new to marketing to see NO RESULTS with a program. If anyone is "lucky" enough to get money from ANY program...good for them and congrats, but don't knock people who did have faith and did do the work and still saw absolutely nothing happen. If anyone has to defend ANY program...there must be something up...and it usually means they don't want to hear complaints about people being ripped off by a program - EVEN IF THEY WERE - because the program may then end and be shut down...along with their meal tickets and "fabulous" incomes they may be receiving from the program - proving yet again that (in this case) TVI-GAT just does not care about you after they have taken your money. If a program is truly good it will not only sell itself, it will work hard for it's customers and do whatever it can so that EVERYONE succeeds - not just "the chosen few" - who may have just happened to join early or who have "good people" working for them...which is so often the case with alot of these programs - if you aren't one of the first to join you can just kiss your money goodbye because more than likely, as is the first-hand experience with some people who have joined and paid alot of money to TVI-GAT in good Faith...they have not seen their money again.

TVI GLOBAL ASSIST TEAM (TVI-GAT) NOTHING BUT PROMISES - PROMISES - PROMISES A sponsor with TVI Global Assist Team told me that they spent $3, 000 with TVI-GAT and have not received anything near that in return, and I know someone else that is owed HUNDREDS of dollars that they spent with this website TVI Global Assist Team (TVI-GAT). They paid $111.00 for 3 spots they were offered, $40 for 2 sets (4 total) referrals that they NEVER received, and $300.00 for a so-called "Platinum" position that they were PROMISED came with 2 FREE "Platinum" referrals that they NEVER RECEIVED. They also spent over $40 on TVI-GAT "Co-op Advertising" with NO RESULTS. TVI-GAT got their required sign up money and gave NOTHING in return to these people. None of the referrals that they bought and paid for were ever received, no cycling, and no free "platinum" referrals. They took these people's money and gave them absolutely nothing in return. Giving them their well deserved refunds (which TVI-GAT say they won't do...which is a SURE sign of a SCAM) is definitely better than receiving any possible negativity from consumers who are trusting to give their hard earned money to people they don't even know online.

But that is no more the case with TVI-GAT, as per Admin's latest email update - which states "...With only 7 people working the Call Center at first we expect to start off with 60-200 paid referral deliveries every day. Then I will add more employees with a goal of eventually having 100 people getting at least 10 signups a day..."' I know he is a man capable of keeping up his words...

The mere fact that I am promoting my link indicates that I am still in the process of helping my downlines build their own downlines - even though I have had filled up my downlines several levels deep long back- both through my efforts as well as my upline's efforts.

Then go to the FTC Website "Federal Trade Commissions", website and look up the 8 Ball Scam. Whether you make money, small money, big money, matters NOT. Drug dealers also make money. What you are doing is illegal for a reason. Multi-Levels are NOT illegal because they can survive through time and expansion. TVI EXPRESS is NOT a multilevel. It is being investigated.
Go to the page where you purchase the "travel vouchers", view the SOURCE CODE on your page. Notice how the source code says "TRAVELOCITY". NOW, I called the Travelocity LEGAL department. They have NEVER HEARD OF TVI EXPRESS, ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH THEM IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. TVI EXPRESS is STEALING THE USE OF THE TRAVELOCITY Discounts page- which by the way is FREE. LOL. And then charging YOU for it's use, their charging you for the use of something that is FREE. Thus, when you pay to get in the "board", you're paying for a membership into a business- which is ILLEGAL. They DON'T have a product. It's like if I sell you the right to participate in the American lottery! You can go anywhere and purchase a ticket, but I charge you an extra fee to scratch the ticket after you bought it?

Every business has it's negative and positive. I have been in many types of businesses including traditional jobs and there is always winners as well as losers. It's up to you to choose. Hey, the minimum wage earner is no different than anyone who comes in at the bottom of any MLM business, yet no one complains. Main Street has always been up against Wall Street - call it anything you desire.

I am in TVI as well as several others before and after and they are all a risk, depending on your efforts.

I will not blame the brilliant minds who thought of the ideas - I decide if I want to be suckered or suck.

Many have benefitted from TVI and many lost. Mainly, the losers are those who entered and sat on their laurels expecting others to push them through.

I know the truth becuase I was in early and learned who the true founder is and when they hide behind the sceens and don't allow that info to be public it is fraud, plus they have no real product and they have been in business long enough now and still have never made good on the vouchers. They keep promising but never come through.

I choose to promote a business that is legit and legal so my reputaionstays great.

besides, TVI is being investigated for fraud in several countries now and so is the 2 main people from Germany that are promoting your power leg system. It's only a matter of time and they will close the doors. When that happens, the people that did ever make money will owe it back to the government. If you have forgotten your transaction Id, its probably something that you use a lot, Try to remember back when you logged onto your site for the very first time, it aksed you to make a code and then a secret question...for example who is your favourate singer...you may not have used that question there are many...but it may just refresh your memory...

If you cannot remember it..after several tries then go to the tvi site itself and get in touch with Support...They should be able to help you...

This is why its important to have a leader who will help you with the sign up process, they should also tell you to write everything down...File it in a safe place along with other codes etc from other sites that you use often...such as email sites...

Its just a small amount of training and then you become quite good as filing and you always know that even though most codes can be saved automatic for when you log in all your sites...You have that paper back up in your file system...

Myself I am a distributor of TVI Express and I dont see the reason of complaining that they are making a lot of money from their distributors. It is just that they have come with a brilliant idea that will make them to survive in this competitive world but on the other hand making other people to survive too. No one in this world can can give you money for free. So, if you work hard and in addition being clever a little bit you too can make money from TVI Express. TVI Express is now under investigation in several countries. They have been in business now for a total of 13 months and still have not been able to make the travel vouchers any good except to burn in your fire place. That is rediculas. Also, they prefer that you but more paper vouchers rather them pay you cash via a wire transfer. That is a sign of a scam by itself, plus the owner and founder of TVI is a guy who has pretented to be just another member and provide updates via conference calls. He is hiding because he does not want his name to be on another business ventue that gets shut down or fails like his past ones did. I signed on with TVI Express. They are in 150 different countries now because they have grown so quickly. That is a good thing. They are now in Cyprus because of good business decisions financially and you can get their address and phone number on the bottom of the home page of their site. I was brought into this people who have been with this for a long time with our church and they are all making money and prove it. People who are cowards and not willing to risk $275 and some of their time don't deserve this kind of money. You get it back quickly so it ends up being free. It is a no brainer.
