Tuli Realty review: Replacement of my brand new gas oven with an old oven

The igniter of my brand new january 2020 gas oven needed to be replaced (less than $200 from pse&g), instead tuli realty replace it with a used very old gas oven. This oven may come from a hazardous and/or contaminated environment.
I want tuli realty to remove this old oven from my apartment and put back my oven (repaired) or replace it with a new oven.
